My practice is simple, structured and approachable. I believe that progress and understanding is gained by taking the time to focus on one thing at a time. All movement should come from a place of calmness and clarity of purpose. In the midst of the chaos of the world around us, I want to help you pause – to stop, listen and enjoy the stillness of mind and body.

YOGA

In my yoga classes you’ll find stillness and silence through asana, pranayama and meditation. Teaching vinyasa flow, hatha and restorative. Fyysisyys ja voima on mulle myös luontaista. Enkä tarkoita pelkästään fyysistä kehon voimaa, vaan voimakasta läsnäoloa ja mielen intensiivisyyttä.

PILATES

I teach both reformer and mat pilates. In my classes we enjoy movement through body and mind. I always say we’ll definitely get the physical practice we need, but also the mind will quiet down for a more holistic experience. Your time is precious to me, so you’ll enjoy constant movement with high body awareness. You’ll find my classes both simple and strong but also creative and fun. Don’t consider them as just classes – What I’m offering is simple tools for everyday life.


PRIVATE Sessions

I have a deep love and respect for the private dialog between student and teacher. I’m also keen to follow the progress and development of individual bodies through tailored practice. I offer privates in both Finnish and English. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions or requests for private classes.
